REGULATIONS FOR TARIFFS FOR DAIRY PRODUCT INSPECTIONS---SET ASIDE DUE TO JUDGEMENT

Nejahmogul Technologies & Agric Services, invite comments on the proposed APS tariffs for dairy products inspections from all affected stakeholders. Comments should reach them by no later than 15 days from the date of publication of this notice.

"In view of the judgment by Judge JJ Swanepoel, the High Court Judge (see page 54) in our case the assignee’s published fees for dairy and imitation dairy products are set aside with cost. It is therefore advised that the below notice is removed"
