RECORDING I DSA Lab Services...making a difference in the dairy industry

By Dairy Standard Agency on 08 April 2024

The organized dairy industry acknowledges the importance of compliance with the law and related standards (national and international) as it pertains to the dairy value chain.

This is the foundation on which the Dairy Standard Agency (DSA) has been built with its primary objective to promote compliance of milk and other dairy products with product composition, food safety and metrology standards.

To fortify its focus even more, the DSA’s independent laboratory, DSA Lab Services was established in 2019.

In this webinar, Nala Manamela (laboratory manager) revealed the heart of the DSA Lab Services with the focus on:

  • The customised services rendered to the industry.
  • The types of samples tested in the laboratory.
  • A clear overview of the basic principles of the analysis performed by the DSA Lab Services.
